Costco can be a great place to buy healthy food on a budget, it just takes a little detective work to read labels and find clean options. To make your next trip a little easier, my team and I put together a list of some of our favorite items to stock up on for the whole family. Keep in mind that there are lots of other great options in addition to these, like perishable items we weren’t able to find links for. Be sure to look for organic greens, organic berries, and other fresh fruits and vegetables as well.
